Try holding your breath, thats what I do though it rarely works! lmao

I drink a few big gulps of water and hold my breath for as long as I possibly can. Works like a charm!

take a drink of water *but don't swallow* hold it in your mouth, stand on your head leaning against the wall. Hold you breath count backwards from 10 & then swallow the water upsidown. it always works for me & it's not as difficult as it sounds I promise.

Tried this in a pub once and it worked!

Do a headstand against a wall, and drink from a bottle backwards, swear to God it works!
