Wow, what an incredible day it is going to be! The sun is shining and I have had my morning cup of coffee and feeling great!

But the real happiness I am feeling is the fact that I am almost to level 5 and I am overjoyed!

I noticed myself doing that early this morning when I was hungry. I wasn't paying attention, & my mind was on something else, & later I realized my hand was in the bag for a long time, & the popcorn kept slipping out of my hand. & finally when I noticed it, I was able to grasp it & take it out of the bag & put it in my mouth.

***I know I shouldn't be eating popcorn in the morning, but that's what certain medicines do to you.
