Hey,
I am just wondering what you all think about this. I have known one or two couples who still seem really, really in love after all these years (like 30 years or something).
This is what I wish I could find ever. A man who loves to just curl up and snuggle on the couch after we get the kids to bed. Someone who SHOWS their love, not just says it. Someone not afraid to kiss me while we wait in line at the movie. Someone who likes to hold me, who enjoys the closeness.
I know, a lot of people say that the romance just dies after a few years, or especially after you have kids. Does this have to be the case? Can't you still be in love and happy to see each other each and every day and be excited to have your time alone when the kids are asleep?
Or is it just that you get too tired and don't even care anymore?
Are there any romantics left out there? I am not talking expensive stuff here. Just togetherness and love.
What do you think?
