No, not when they have real reason to. I do find it uncomfortable when people do so just for attention. I'm not one to want to encourage that - so I'll walk away.
If someone is crying for true reason, I'll be the first to put my arms around them and try to comfort.

Uncomfortable...no. Usually I end up feeling whatever they are feeling. Anger makes me uncomfortable, it is probably the only emotion I am uncomfortable with. Emotions are contagious and I despise being angry.

At times, it makes me a tad uncomfortable, unexplainably sad and just gives me an urge to hug them..
..I would find it a bit strange if a complete stranger walks up to me and hugs me when i'm crying.. so I refrain from hugging :O)

only if its someone i don't particularly like and have been rude toward.... i feel guilty
but usually i don't mind i just run by their sides and offer them a sholder to cry on, and try to confort them
and if its a friend, and it's b/c of some guy, i go and yell my head off at the idiot :o)

Yes, a little bit. Especially if there is nothing I can do to help them. I feel very awkward if it someone I do not know very well.
