I am double jointed in the toes on my right foot, so I can move the middle three left to right at the same time. It grosses a lot of people out.

I can pick things up with mine, and shoot a flip-flop five feet away while attempting to walk (my big toe is separated from my others by about a centimeter).

I can pick things up with them(saves you from having to bend over and strain your back) and I can also pinch you with 'em. =}
