'he's gone missin' or 'it's gone missin' ....

It just irriatates the heck out of me and I don't understand why people say it. How about 'he's gone', or 'it's missing', doesn't that make more sense? It just irks me to hear people say this and on the news....the newscasters actually say it! omg! This is such horrid grammar.

Is it just me or is this an irritating thing to hear?

How many can help? Please?
My best girl friend, is bulimic.... How to i go about approaching her and talking about it. She is not fat but she thinks she is. I don't want anything bad to happen to her, I kind of like her. I would do anything if it would make her stop.

I can't go to her family, because her brothers and dad are always calling her, her sister, and her mom fat a**, her mom basically starves herself, and her sister is bulimic too...

Please help, I don't want her to get hurt.... I love her, too much and would feel responsible if something happened. She passed out not too long ago....

Please help!!! I'm begging

So im a male with a female best friend ... we have been friends for so long i am at the point where im almost in love with her ... but now theres another guy in the picture ... in class she always like flirts with him and he flirts with her, he knows i like her so thats making him do it even more just to piss me off .. and it IS pissing me off! and i feel like an idiot just sitting there watching them flirt together but i try to pretend that i dont know whats happening but i just cant help getting upset over it! whenever we would leave that class it would be just me and her walkin together .. and now he comes along with us too and its drivin me nuts! i cant help feeling jealous! and she knows i like her but she still does it anyway! what do i do ??? i have let her know how i feel about her before but she never really said or did anything ... please help me!
