2 kidnapped kids were reunited with their familie's today, one kid had been missing for 4 year's, the other was missing for 2 week's. A man had both of them, now he's in custody and the kids are home, isn't it always a happy ending, when kids are found alive and returned home? This was in Missouri.

I mean best in terms of manners, politeness, courtesy, etc.

My list:
1. TEXAS baby!!! My crib, my heritage, my people. Except for Dallas/Plano/Terrell, people that move to Texas remark on its friendliess.
2. Louisiana: just stay away from those nuts in New Orleans that re-elected Ray Nagin, and it's wonderful!
3. Oklahoma: dry weather, but colorful and interesting people.
4. Mississippi: true, down-to-earth, live Southern hospitality as portrayed in books and stories.
5. Alabama: much like Miss.
6. Tennessee: except for the State Troopers, what an incredible state!

Basically, the area from El Paso eastward and south of (and NOT including) Missouri and Kentucky is awesome.
