LET ME FIRST STATE THAT THIS IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO BE OFFENSIVE TO THOSE FROM OTHER PLACES OR RACES!!!
When you call tech support, and someone answers that is clearly not well-versed in English, and so you have trouble understanding them to begin with. Then, as the conversation progresses, you realize that they also have no idea what they are talking about, due to the fact that they keep putting you on hold to either "consult the book" or ask someone else what to do. Then, after several minutes of this, they tell you that they are sorry, but they can't help you, and then proceed to HANG UP ON YOU?
What the hell??????????
