Well as President and CEO of Polaroid, I must say that I am very unhappy with this metaphor.
My company spent years developing the process whereby the
chemicals (Silver Nitrate and Amalagams of light and photo sensitive manganese oxides) spread out over the surface of the film, and the positive image appears a few seconds to minutes later. The chemicals have time delays built into them so that each layer of the film can be processed in the correct order
In point of fact, you do not need to shake the polaroid picture and I would thank you to stop quoting this line.
Does anyone know who has propogated this line?
My corporate lawyers are gonna take someone to the cleaners over this slur of our brand
