Why is it that some latin americans and asians look alike?

The features of these latins americans are mexicans, puerto ricans,etc... looked like filipinos and thais? Or some alaskan native looks like a native mongolian or eskimos? why? hmmm....

Halloween.......What should i wear??

For Halloween this year? I know its a lil ways away, but i wanna dress up to give out candy. Want something easier, not something were i have to sew my own costume everyday for next month. HELP ME OUT PEOPLE!! and god don't say i'm too old, the kids love it and it's lots of fun.
