Compromise. You can't afford a bad track record by the police. That can affect your personal life and job potential. Ask her what else she'll trade for it as long as you can't get arrested. Otherwise run down the street at 4 am just to say you did so. You never said what time and neither did she. At the very least, cover your face when you run at any time.

wait until 2 or 3 am and when nobody is around run a few steps and say well that was down the street, unless she specified how far you have to run.
