I do!
The pop was a dime or 11 cents. My roller skates had an adjustable slide on the bottom that was tightened by a skate key.
My favorite older shows were Honeymooners, Leave it to Beaver and Lucy.

Me...Well I was born in the late 1950s, so I remember shows like Bonanza and Gunsmoke and Father Knows Best and Leave it to Beaver (the stuff you see on TV Land now, and yes I do still watch some of them!) I always used to watch them and wish I could be part of their family. My brother and I were latch key kids, our dad was in the Navy and gone a lot and our mother worked.
I had some of those roller skates that clamped onto the shoes, but I never was very good with them or skateboards. Just clummsy as a kid.
The soda pop came in returnable bottles and you could take a soda bottle and a quarter to the little market next to my grandmother's old house in NC and buy enough crap to make yourself sick!
The first pack of cigarettes I ever bought only cost me 50 cents and I got them out of a machine at the hospital when my grandfather was a patient, I got my tail kicked because my mother caught my brother and me smoking too!
I was just the right age in the 70s to appreciate some real good "weed" smoked in a "TM" (toke master bong) or rolled in zig zag wheat straw papers, get a buzz and drink some pony beers (Rolling Rock) and watch the heat lightening from the beach of the Atlantic Ocean. Not all leagal memories but surely a nice stroll down memory lane, thanks...
Good question!

Not sure how much a soda was then, but I had a pair of the clamp-on skates (they even had a key!!). My favorite shows were: Leave It To Beaver; Father Knows Best; My Little Margie; The Real McCoys; Mickey Mouse Club (Annette was my heroine!!).
Thanks for the memories...

I remember the clamp on "fire starter" metal wheel skates. I wish I could get a soda for a dime. Or Gas......
