My co-workers suck!?

I recently started working under a new contract for a company i have been with for quite some time. I was asked by my Supervisor if this African guy would be okay to work at the job site also, "this job pays well" I told him this guy would be okay because i know him and we were both looking for something that paid more money, He almost got fired the first month for hanging up on the Supervisor, I managed to prevent him from being fired. I asked this co- worker and another co-worker to switch shifts with me today it is only a six hour shift and i even offered to work a extra five hours for them just so i can make it to my oldest nieces wedding. They both said no and i also got stuck doing a month and ahalf worth of work cause they are slow. What do you think. Cruddy or what?

Are any of you totally annoyed by that Ford commercial with Taylor Hicks?

"I go where I want, I do what I please, and that works for me; possiablities!" The Ford execs thought this is exciting music and America loves The Soul Patrol. I find it annoying and wish they would stop showing it. I hate look at him twirlling around with his index finger in the air.

How do you deal with a noisey neighbor?

I can't even walk out of my apartment without my neighbor opening her door to watch my children and I go down the stairs. I think she might be lonely but she is really annoying and makes fun of her kid infront of everyone. She is just really bothering me, she is always there! Help, what should I do, any suggestions? I am willing to do about anything, except murder of course. I have been dealing with this for 8 months.
