Maybe you need to just go with it. It is probably your body's way of saying slow down. It's the weekend so take it easy. Sleep eat small meals at regular intervals and generally be lazy. If your tiredness persists after two days of rest get checked for anaemia.

Try changing your diet...Eat more fruits and vegetables...less meat.

If you eat a steak, by the time you get down to the last 10%-20% of the undigested part of the meat in your stomach, it is rotten. Meat takes a long time to be broken down.

Try pureeing some of your food. Make it easy for the body to digest your food. Eat more grains, cereals and pasta.

How much sleep do you get?
Caffein is just a temporary fix. If you get enough sleep try exercising, it doesn't have to be hard core exercise, a brisk walk would work too.
If neither helps, you might want to have a check-up, certain kind of vitamin deficiencies, depression, sleep apnea, and many more health conditions can cause you to be tired.

Get up and exercise, after you are done exercising, drink a hot drink, then take a SHOWER, that always wakes me up, never watch T.V. it makes you even more sleepy especially during those 3 min. commericals. I'm personally not a fan of energy drinks, because they are not healthy for your heart, and contain more sugar, than a regular soda.

Drink an energy drink and go right into some light exercise. Maybe take a cold shower, too.

Go to Starbucks and order a double mocha grande cappucino.

Or, you could try jumping out of an airplane. I bet that'd wake you up!

drink water and take a short walk (unless it's as hot where you are as it is here....) if it's too hot then dance around your living room for a while in front of the air conditioner.
