It was really popular a while ago. The chorus part was softer, but then the singer would say "yeah" and it would go into a bit of hard guitar strumming, he would say "yeah" again and more strumming and back to the soft part. Sorry i dont have more info on it, but i really like that song but dont know the name.

I heard a song by a female russian singer and loved it, but I don't know her name or the name of the song, so both pieces of info. would be very helpful. All I know are a few russian phrases from the chorus, which are:
"Poprassi oo ablokoff... Noch plivyot a mi zaney..."
It's kind of a slow song and she says "yay, yay, yay" (or "yeah, yeah, yeah) a lot, especially right before she starts to sing the chorus.
From the young sound of her voice, I assume she's in her twenties.

Ok I have this song stuck in my head I dont know what genre it would go in. okay, so i finally convince my mom to let me get an electric bass guitar NOW versus later, as long as i pay her back from it...BUT then she brought up a good issue, and as ive had a major brain-fart, i dont know the answer-->she said 'but since its an electric, dont you need an amp or no sound can come out at all?'
dunno...
also, i know i'll need one eventually, but i mean for NOW, like if im just practicing...
oh, and if i DO need one, (and even if i dont, i will eventually and all that crap) any recomendations? (and for bass guitars, too...)
