Kraftwerk, hands down. They launched so many techno/electronic bands and musicians with their music.
Kraftwerk was a pioneer in the early days of electronic music & took a lot of chances and risks which paid off. Their music is still being used frequently for TV shows, movie scores & high profile events.

Kraftwerk easily. Depeche Mode wouldn't sound the way they do if it hadn't been for Kraftwerk.

Kraftwerk were far more influential. Their often forgotten predecessors, Tangerine Dream, deserve a mention too.
