It was really popular a while ago. The chorus part was softer, but then the singer would say "yeah" and it would go into a bit of hard guitar strumming, he would say "yeah" again and more strumming and back to the soft part. Sorry i dont have more info on it, but i really like that song but dont know the name.

its a song from the 90's i think, not the who. It was by one of those grunge pop kinda bands i think.

god i wish i knew more about it...ok its not nirvana or the who...the guitar strumming is just one note at a time, not chords...hmm...if you have a guitar the tab would be this for that part..
