"Cherry" by Spitz.
It's by a Japanese group, so I don't know if you'd be interested, but it's all about losing but not forgetting someone you were very close to.... Absolutely the best song about pure love that I've heard. It's still one of the most popular songs in Japan. A classic.
Also, "To Where You Are" by Josh Groban is really beautiful.
