It's a mostly spoken song, about a kid that everybody thinks is crazy or something and they wanna give him meds or send him to a psych ward or something like that- the main part of the song i remember is the kid is sitting in his room and someone comes in and says 'what's wrong with you?' and he says, 'what's wrong with me? what's wrong with you?' and it goes on like that...
