Try:
The Beatles-Blackbird
The Beatles- Yesterday
Pink Floyd- Is There Anybody Out There?
Pink Floyd- Wish You Were Here
Pink Floyd- Grantchester Meadows

not insanly easy, if you want insanly easy, that would be Mary Had A Little Lamb, but I doubt you want that.

This is what I started out playing.

AMAZING GRACE

D G D
Amazing grace! How sweet the sound
D A
That saved a wretch like me!
D G D
I once was lost but now I'm found;
Bm D A D
Was blind, but now I see.

'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears relieved.
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed!

The Lord has promised good to me;
His Word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be
As long as life endures.

Through many dangers toils and snares
I have already come.
'Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far
And grace will lead me home.

When we've been there ten thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun,
We've no less days to sing God's praise
Than when we first begun.

Here is a simplified arrangement. Good for beginners.

G C G
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound
D
That saved a wretch, like me
G C G
I once was lost, but now I'm found
D G
Was blind, but now I see

This is a contribution from Greg Vaughn, COWPIE Editor cowpie@olga.net that you
might like to try.

I learned some additional chords to throw into "Amazing
Grace" that give it a real down-home southern gospel type sound. It goes
like this:

A E(3) D A
Amazing Grace how sweet the sound
F#m B7(3) E A(3) E7
That saved a wretch like me
A F#m D A
I once was lost but now am found
C#m E7(3) D A
Was blind but now I see

The chords marked with a (3) mean that you just hit them for one beat on 3
of the measure.

Your Ghost by Kristen Hersch, three cords really slow song
There was one video on you tube that you can see her play it.

Sort of A Prayer by Red Delicious, which is another really slow song.
