The song is "Rollin" and it features Cowboy Troy. During the seggment that Cowboy Troy does, he begins to rap in Spanish. He says, " Todas las personas _______ arriba...esta cancion es para toda la gente, muy importante alzar su mente." I can't figure out what goes in the blank. My translation is "All the persons________ up...this song is for all the people, very important to lift your mind."

So, my question is, can somebody please tell me what goes in the blank, and can you correct my translation (if nessary)?
