for me, it would have to be either any kind of r'n'b, pop, or classic. but the one that makes me bored stiff has to be a subgenre of doom metal - funeral doom. so dreary! funeral doom has the slowest songs ever, drag on for like 10mins or something and it's enough to send an insomniac off to sleep! how anyone can listen to that is beyond me.
