No, Miles had romantic interests in Roxie, unfortunately she didn't feel the same, BUT in one episode Sabrina cast a spell on Roxie so that she thought she had feelings for Miles.

no........ Sabrina never dated Miles, but the brunette had
a thing with him.........dont remember if it was just a spell or if it continued, but Sabrina did not.
