There was this movie i watched when i a small child that i never knew the title of. There was like mechanical type spiders and some evil guy who kidnapped a son and the father came after him or something like that...i do remember the final part was like the father was climbing a building of some sort and mechanical spider stuck something in his hand. this movie was probably in the early 90's or late 80's.

I realize that he is the star, but why don't they call him only by his first name? If the answer is because Charles Schulze did it in the comic, then why did he do this? It's not as if it's out of respect, because they don't call him "Mister Charlie Brown". I was curious about this.
