WW2 film set in the Desert where a disabled plane(with teeth painted on it) is being pursued by a German Tank?

The plane cant fly but Dune hops to avoid being taken out by the German tank chaseing it. I sort of recall that the plane had Teeth painted on it.

Could someone please name this hip hop song for me?

It's by a woman, actually two women, I think. The first woman has a higher voice and goes :

I went to get my results from my doctor.
He said there was good news and bad news.
I asked for the good news first.
