I am writing an article and somehow the topic of the types of super-heroe vision abilities came up.

It would be very useful to know what "zoom-in" vision is called. I know there must be a real name for it.

Seeing thru stuff = X-ray vision
Seeing well at night = night vision

So what is the ability to zoom in with your eyes called?
