Zooming in on something distant is telescopic vision.
Zooming in on very small items is microscopic vision.
When Spider Man (temporarily) had the Captain Universe powers, he was surprised to learn that he could perceive things from great distances and through walls, he called it his ‘far out’ vision, or ‘close up’ vision. But telescopic and microscopic vision are the more understandable terms, called after the scientific instruments they most resemble.
“Remote” vision has sometimes been used to describe what people who claim to have ESP do. It supposedly works through walls, around corners, and is independent of light and dark conditions.
Not that I believe anybody can really do that. Otherwise they would spy on the stock market and rapidly become wealthy.

The answer is telescopic vision. This refers to the ability to see object far away and at the same time see objects that are very tiny. The most cited case of this power is Superman.
There is an piece here that discusses it at little more:
http://theages.superman.ws/Encyclopaedia/powers.php
Telescopic vision is a rather rare power among superheroes because it would be extremely powerful and make many typical problems easy to solve. Also, it is impossible the way the human eye is structured to ever occur. For that reason, most writers tend to avoid it, but it works well for Superman.

zoom. That's what they call it on cameras, among other things. X-ray machines x-ray, night vision googles see at night, the zoom button focuses in on one small part, so someone who has the ability to zoom in, would just have "ocular zoom."

Telescopic/Microscopic Vision, magnifies objects that are too far away to see, or are close but too small to see.

If you are talking about seeing things far away...that is telescopic vision.
If you are referring to seeing small things...that is microscopic vision.
