In the last past few days Ihave been just surfing Yahoo Q&A's and noticed that biggott's have been posting alot of racial Q's and I also have noticed some of the answers are just as bad. But amazingly they get thumbs up by others.
This puzzles me Am I the only one who noticed? This must mean that we have a lot of wolves in sheep clothing around. What do you think?

I am trying to compile a book of camp songs. Some of the songs are under copyright protection still, some are no longer under copyright protection, and many are of unclear copyright status.

With a song, the lyrics and the tune could have different status. If I can find a published version of the song, it's easy to determine the status. However, it's not easy to find many of the songs, and even if the lyrics are Public Domain, how can I find out about the tune?

What methods are there (short of blind luck stumbling about) to tell if a song is copyrighted or not?

A contestant on "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" had reached the final

plateau. If she answered the next question correctly, she would win

$1,000,000. If she answered incorrectly, she would pocket only the

$25,000 milestone money.



And as she suspected it would be, the million-dollar

question was no pushover. It was, "Which of the following species of

birds does not build its own nest, but instead lays its eggs in the nests of

other birds? Is it:



A) the condor

B) the buzzard

C) the cuckoo

D) the vulture



The woman was on the spot. She did not know the answer. And she was

doubly on the spot because she had used up her 50/50 Lifeline and her Audience

Poll Lifeline. All that remained was her Phone-a-Friend Lifeline. The

woman hoped she would not have to use it because ...



Her friend was, well--blonde. She had no alternative. She

called her friend and gave her the question and the four choices. The

blonde responded unhesitatingly: "That's easy. The answer is C: the

cuckoo." The contestant had to make a decision and make it fast. She

considered employing a reverse strategy and giving Merideth any answer

except the one that her friend had given her. And considering that her

friend was a blonde, that would seem to be the logical thing to do. But

her friend had responded with such confidence, such certitude, that the

contestant could not help but be persuaded.



"I need an answer," said Merideth. Crossing her fingers, the contestant

said, "C: The cuckoo."

"Is that your final answer?"

"Yes, that is my final answer."

Two minutes later, Merideth said,

"That answer is ........................ Absolutely correct!

You are now a millionaire!



Three days later, the contestant hosted a party for her family and

friends, including the blonde who h ad helped her win the million dollars.



"Jeni, I just do not know how to thank you," said the contestant. "How did you

happen to know the right answer?"

"Oh, come on," said the blonde...

"Everybody knows that cuckoos don't build nests.

They live in clocks."

What is with that? They have all these "presales" and well they get the best seats dang it. Leaves nothing for regular people who arent part of the NFL or a fan club. Should i bother getting the nose bleed section seats or wait till saturday when the official sale is on and hope for the best? I wanted lower level seats but apparently all the presalers got to them first. I think that is soooo unfair. There should be someway to stop it. Do they only sell a certain amount in each section for presales? So maybe theres a chance come saturday? Ive seen him the last 2 years i really wanted to go again grrrrr.

Before you jump down my throat, I would have asked this question sooner but I literally just got my computer back after lending it to someone for two long months so please please please do not crucify me for asking this three weeks too late, okay?

All I wanted to know was this:

What do you guys think of Anna Nicole Smith's premature passing (at 39) and do you feel that it's too much of a coincidence that both her AND her 20 year-old son Daniel died of the same causes (overdose of prescription drugs) only five short months apart?

Is it just me or can you also smell foul play all over this mysterious series of unfortunate events?

And also, where do you think Anna Nicole's body should be buried?

Back in Houston TX, where she was born and raised, or in Nassau Bahamas where she was living at the time of her death (even though she collapsed and died in Hollywood FL), which is also where her five month-old daughter Dannielynn currently lives? And also who should raise Anna Nicole's baby?
