How does the show rap up? I tried to seach for it on the web, but I don't see how it ends.

I heard this song at a YFC camp. It's supposed to be a duet between girls and guys. The chorus goes like...

I think the title is called "I GIVE MY ALL", but there is no such song created like this... probably new? Any suggestions?
