He sang 'Geek in the Pink' by Jason Mraz and I think it sounded better than when Jason sings it!

That would be "Geek in Pink" by Jason Mraz. Personally, I think Richardson's interpretation is better - definitely a WOW performance.
Mraz was best known for songs like "The Remedy" and "Sleep All Day" from a few years ago. Check them out!
