Is Target Wal-mart done right?

Someone told me she was in the dollar spot section of Target and she saw these little bottles of lime dish detergent, and lime liquid soap, hand lotion, air freshener, and cutting boards with pictures of limes on them, and you could buy any of them for only $1 ! This seems like it's too good to be true. Was she shitting me?
