Yes they do. I know I will never get it back so I have let it go. If someday they want to do the right thing and take care of the loan then yea for me. But until that wake up call occurs for them I don't stay awake at night worrying about it.

Yeah, my grandmother caused me to almost declare bancruptcy, when she turned 86 and I took her out shopping for her b-day. She bought a bunch of perfumes! Unfortunately, she died, 4 years ago, never got the money, but that doesn't matter. =D
