A man had dealt about half the cards for a bridge game when he was interrupted by a telephone call. When he returned, no one could remember who had been dealt the last card. Without knowing the number of cards in any of the 4 partly dealt hands, or the number of cards left in the undealt part of the pack, how could the deal be completed so that everyone received the cards they would have received had the deal not been interrupted?

i don't make my own reeds, although i would like to. i sound like a dying goat when i play. i admit i haven't been playing for long but im not a patient person. i know most or all of the fingerings correctly, and i beleive it is heckel system, although im not positive)it's the school's). anything i can do to sound better faster?

I applied for this job, and I passed the test and the interview and I am currently "ranked" number one, and if I pass the "background" check, this job could be as good as mine. I have to take a polygraph test this coming weekend and even that doesnt shake me up as much as my credit. I am about $2,600 in debt. I did some irresponsible things with money in my early adulthood, and I have paid as much off as I could when I got a bonus from work, but Im terrified that this will hold me back from the job. They told me to be honest about everything and I have been but I am scared they are going to write me off because of this. So what do you think the chances are of me getting passed over?
