The Messengers Movie?

Ok. I love the house off of The Messengers. Does anyone know if there really is a house or if it was just the outside of it in the movie like Cheaper by the dozen 2. I want to find a picture too. If anyone can find a picture of it like in the movie that'd be awsome.

what old ghost movie was this?

where a girl drowns in a pond at an old house and her brother (child hood friend?) can't find her? This is an old movie, maybe in england. Later when he is grown he goes back to the house and jumps in the pond and finds her body, ending the hauntings of the house. It had all the good stuff like weird rooms with scary dolls and stuff.
