Vacation, whos with me??

I'm curious. What does a non-smoking actor do if their part demands that they light up during the course of a film? Surely they can't be real cigarettes (what would they do if they were in the middle of trying to give up in real life?) so can anybody tell me what happens instead?

i have 3 favorites:

-pouring rain against a car [yeah i know, kind of overrated but we both liked it]
-snow storm [it was freezing!]
-beach [galveston bay, sort of in the water]

This is a tough one...
A black and white film. A group of people trapped in a castle late at night, maybe the Tower of London. There's a suit of armour walking around with an axe. The group meet the ghost of Henry VIII. The woman of the group puts her arm through Henry's to pose for a picture. The flash of the camera causes Henry to vanish. While the group are talking of what they’d just seen the camera is pulled by an invisible force from the photographer’s neck and thrown in the air and smashed to the ground.
A bit vague I know. But any ideas.
And NO it’s NOT A Vincent Price movie or Boris Karloff.

That on every site that has a comment feature (like youtube) some idiot leave some stupid message about a girl named kabla haba or something like that was murdered and now that you read the comment you have to leave it as a comment 3 times or she will steal your soul.

Why do people keep putting that everywhere? Its annoying

My friend told me that after listening to several hours worth of Pink Floyd music he felt very much as if he was "stoned" - i thought he was either lying or exagerating but after listening to lots of similar music i too felt very calm and relaxed and what i imagine been stoned is like.

My question is - Is it scientifically possible to simulate getting stoned by listening to music?
