Click on your profile click on the edit profile click on the use my yahoo avatar and click on use another name put your screen name there and that should take care of your problems.

your not the only one.. lost mine yesterday... I Read answers that explain it is a glitch on yahoo.. They will get around to fixing it when they feel like it i guess...
