I am always looking for new singers/bands. Any suggestions for a singer/band that writes their own lyrics, has honest lyrics, and the singer has a rich, non-nausaly, non-whiney voice. It doesn't matter if they're famous, on-the-verge, or not famous yet.

If it helps, one of my favorite bands is Dashboard Confessional.
