Entertainment & Music - 13 November 2006

I grew up listening to classic rock....my dad was a long haired hippie. His favorite was The Rolling Stones (my favorite now also, though very closely followed by a few others) and I think I know Mick Jagger's voice better than I know my own, lol. Even the music I recognize even if I had never heard the song before (which isn't likely) because it just sounds like them.

So, what band/artist do you know so well? Thanks!

Is LOTR racist?

Do you think LOTR is racist? I Know its kinda of an old film. Its one of my favourite movies, Tolkien is a genuis , But you gotta admit that there is some racist undertones throughout the movie. Elves - blonde + blue eyes = Good
Orcs - Black skinned + dreadlocks = Bad
Some would say the elves are white people, the orcs black or asian and the dwarves are jews. What are your views on it?
