a chinese went to change some chinese currency in a money changer in the US. the first time he changed USD$100 for RMB800.

on the second day, he returned and wanted to change for another USD$100. But this time round he got RMB750

he asked the money changer for the reason of the difference and the money changer replied: ' Fluctuations'

the chinese man was so angry and he stormed out of the shop and before he leaves, he said: 'F.u.c.k u americans too!!'

Many analyses have been written about the Beatles’ invasion of the American charts in 1964, with many saying the impact & the form it took was as a direct result of JFK assassination when the country was in mourning & Americans poured out their feelings on the Beatles. Also the press coverage back in UK in 1963 about the commotion they created & their hair styles also helped in promoting the Beatles. I mean, American were curious to know what all these fuse about the Beatles before they set foot on their soil. So undeniably, all these publicity did helped the Beatles in some extent when they first set foot on America.

With these in mind, do you honestly think that, based on their music alone & without press coverage, the Beatles could make a break through into the Amercian charts? Bear in mind that no other British act have ever conquered the Amercian charts before. Even Cliff Richard who was extremely popular in Britain then, failed miserably to break through.
