Do you know what tv series this is that is on disney channel?

This show had a girl around 12/13, and was cursed by her older brother's perfection in school...everyone was asking her about how good he was or something like that. and at the end, she was playing guitar and singing...and this certain episode, she wrote a school newspaper column that became embarassing...it was with real actors also...i can't remember
