It's a rap song, but it's so deep and depressing...is it against abortion?

I'm pro-choice, but I have to admit, the song irks me a little.

What's the story behind it?

PS: It was my birthday yesterday, which just makes it even worse to think about.

Sitting here watching 'Truth or Dare' and it seems as though she's an attention demanding tart. Even Warren Beaty seems to think so with his body language. Also, her faux British accent and her disdain of American ways makes her even more obnoxious.
