Assume that a word is used extensively in English but that it is not an official English language word. How does it become an official English language word? Is there an organization that determines that?

and each door has a guard sitting outside it.
these doors are your only means of getting out of the room. there is absolutely no other way to leave.
you know that one guard is an absolute liar, he will never tell the truth no matter what.
the other guard is always truthful, in fact he can not tell a lie ever to you or anyone else.
you will be allowed to ask one question only, and you can only ask that one question to one guard.
you do not know which guard is the liar and which tells the truth.
what would your one question and your response be?

if so can you please explain the last chapter to me because Im not sure if he is now with Rebbeca Epstien in Dundee or Rebbeca Epstien is now his girlfriend and they are just hanging out yet deep down he really loved Alice and although Alice was a ***** she realised that by sending him a postcard.

I dont get how she can send him a postcard I mean where is he when you read the last chapter is he in Dundee already is he at home or what?

Can anyone explain to me how the book jumps from him leaving Manchester with his mum and Des to writing a letter to Alice

Anyone help?
Its probably me just being thick but how has this story ended him with Rebbeca? I say this because he says "you swear too much" and she says its like being with "Mary ******* poppins" thats why I think he ends up with Becky but really...

How has this story ended because I loved reading it and im a bit baffeled as to how its ended for Brian Jackson in this book?
