hey when i try to open a site on internet explorer it says page can not be displayed. but when i open a site in netscape it works...there is some thing proble with my internet explorer even my yahoo music is not working too....i think there is some problem with java or wat do u know plzzz help me

I used to be able to go to internet options and delete temp files created by websites I have visited. Also, I used to be able to tell the system to delete site addresses that have not been used for a couple of days. How do I do this now?

A few weeks ago I read in a computer magazine (possibly Computeractive) that there is a useful free programme that you can download, to check if any of your PC ports are unprotected.
But I can't remember where I saw it. Does anyone know about this programme, and if so, could they please tell me where to find it (either in a magazine or on the Internet). I would remember the name of the programme if I saw it in print, but the name has gone completely out of my mind for the moment.

upgraded to Internet Explorer 7 yesterday, and now I'm being told when I try to reply to Emails in Microsoft Outlook that I'm blocking cookies from the applicable page. The problem is, I'm not blocking ANY cookies in Internet Explorer; I am accepting 1st party, 3rd party, and "session" cookies. Any help?
