Hey everyone, I have a press release for a small business I recently started and I'm wondering what is the best means of submitting it. The newspaper accepts email, fax, and snail mail press releases. Has anyone had any experience with submitting one, and if so, was it used and or effective? Any other thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks....

Scott

We sell vintage jewelry and collectibles online and often go to estate sales, etc. in the Bay Area. However, we recently moved to the valley and have found that estate sales are almost non-existent. The few we have been to have been run poorly, the places trashed by customers and the dismayed family members watching in horror. I got the idea that perhaps my hubby and I would start an Estate Sale biz that was a full service, in other words meet carefully and respectfully with family of deceased member or someone that went to a nursing home; handle everything from organizing whatever is left after they take what heirlooms they want; pricing, advertising, dealer previews, cleanup and haul off, donation of leftovers etc. The last thing a family needs to deal with is all the stuff but they don't want to see people rummaging through it and disrespecting the property etc. I would like a name that is respectful and sounds like their items will be treated w/ dignity.

I'd like to write about how movie studios are using free video-sharing sites to promote their movies. I'd like to know what their spend was prior to the Internet.

Once people taste it, they can't get enough of it. We have lots of people in the local community who buy them, but we'd like to expand and actually turn it into a business. Where do we start?

A dollar is not much to most people, and most would not care to give away a dollar. So if i could convince 1 million people to give me a dollar, I would be a happy camper.

2. Are freelance copywriters making a scene?
3. How far can a non-native speaker go in English copywriting?

I am doing this survey for a class and I need to collect as many responses as possible. So....if you are ordering flowers for delivery, would it influence your decision on who to order from if a florist's vehicles were environmentally friendly (Hybrid) vs. others who were not? Why or why not? Thanks for your help!

These items were paid for but never received.
