my nails turns not very white( yellow) sometimes, i need a way to keep them white with out using a nail polish,,is there some kinda food..cream..anything i can use?
is there a way to whitenin your teeth more? i dont have much white teeth...help, any food, cream??

I have a litttle problem with my gums, if i brush slightly hard, i get a few drops of blood ( i mean, it makes white tooth paste pinkish when i spit it out twice, the thrid time its white)

if i use crest white strips premium on my teeth, will that harm my gums??

i'm trying to avoid to go to the dentist, as they haunt me
