my nails turns not very white( yellow) sometimes, i need a way to keep them white with out using a nail polish,,is there some kinda food..cream..anything i can use?
is there a way to whitenin your teeth more? i dont have much white teeth...help, any food, cream??

To keep your nails white... Cut your nails, and let it grow out fresh again, but don't paint your nails. Painting your nails alot makes it badly yellow.

As for white teeth... Just keep brushing and floss between meals, twice a day, minimum. And use those white strips!

And mouth wash works too.

If u wanna make your nails white .
Cut a slice of lemon and but it on all the fingers every day this will make ur nails white

if u wanna avoid nail polish mix baking soda and peroxide and soak fingertips in it, remove, scub, wash hands and apply lotion...it works great to remove yellowing and isn't acidic. be sure to moisturize tho cuz it may dry out cuticles and cause hang nails. whitening your teeth? avoid white strips and home bleaching. see a dentist, it may be a sign of a nastier problem, if not he can be the only one who can truelly recommend a whitening method that is effective and safe for u

Use clear polish under that dark polish
