he talks to me chaces me asks me if i like a band we were at the beach today i met him i had seen him at church but not met him if you know what i mean advise

There is more there to look for other than flirting. Some people are very flirtatious with many others, but it doesn't mean anything. Look for other signs, read his body language.
He touches you when he talks, like a hand on your arm or shoulder for example.
He smiles at you while you are talking.
He stands with his arms open, not crossed over his chest.
He leans towards you when you two are talking, not back words.
He is relaxed in his posture, and his muscles are loose, not tightened or flexed.
He is sitting, he relaxed and sitting back, not hunched over.
You are walking togeather, he is taking long easy strides, not short jerky ones.
His eyebrows aren't scrunched in, his brow relaxed. No facial lines from discomfort.
His jaw is relaxed, not clenching his back teeth or grinding them.
His hands are steady, not in motion all over the place (but this is trickier, some people talk with their hands.)
Mainly, you have to learn to pay attention to his normal behavior and compare it with how he acts towards you.

If the guys likes you, he will proberly comes to you and talk to u all the time. But if his looking at you, he maybe admire you or like you? You can't just say his flirting, when he just say your so sweet or pretty he just being nice to you.

he flirts with you and smiles at you ancd hangs around you alot and talks to you and some guys fidgeta round you others act casual.. they brush ur arm swiftly and maybe nudge u a lil...lol
