Well, first off, you should get to a dentist. If he or she merely cleans and x-rays your teeth, that shouldn't be a bad experience for you. It sounds like you have a touch of gingivitis, an inflammation of the gums which causes the bleeding. Until the gingivitis subsides, I would refrain from using the whitening strips. People I've asked said that the white strips don't harm gums, but I'm skeptical about that.

Brushing your teeth on the prompt earlier utilising the strips wouldn't have any impression on the whitening, even if it does improve the opportunity of sensitivity. so for you to not brush your teeth on the prompt earlier utilising the strips (in spite of the reality that brushing with a moist toothbrush is per chance wonderful, and in reality, I do this). As for the "burning" it truly is because the peroxide is an oxidize agent and what you're feeling is the peroxide oxidizing you gums. it truly is virtually not conceivable to positioned the strips on without it touching the gums, yet do your staggering to minimalize the strips on the gums. As for the white gums, it truly is a results of the peroxide oxidizing your gums and go away a tender chemical burn... even if the colour for your gums will go back in about 1/2-hour, even if it would want to have left your gums a touch uncooked. in case you particularly won't be able to stand the sensitivity the strips reason for your gums, then once you're utilising the rates, i might want to downgrade to the classics if I were you. If even those irritates your gums too a lot, i might want to then seem into getting custom in good condition dental bleach trays out of your dentist. yet another theory only occurred to me. you may want to favor to evaluate donning the strips once an afternoon. this may double the size of time it takes to get the finished whiteness, even if it truly is more beneficial effectual than quitting all mutually.

yes yes they will harm, all tooth bleaching methods are hard on teeth, they soften the enamel and have a lot of peroxide, alcohol or both. Peroxide and alcohol not only dry out the gums but makes them more sensitive and vunerable to infection. Go to the dentist, bleeding gums are the first sign of gum disease, infection, maybe even tooth decay. Obviously you care about the appearance of your teeth, so please do what you can to keep them. All the best!
