It seems that with every shoe i find I always have problems. Sandals, sneakers, heals boots. It's either i get blisters, or my skin cuts into the edge of the shoe etc. I know it happens to everywhere but it happens almost everyday to me. Is my foot shaped weird? Is that possible?

im a guy...so no i didnt go through a pregnancy. nor did i gain a lot of weight. im an atheltic guy who enjoys working out. recently ive found stretch marks on my inner-arm on the upper portion of my biceps. ive been working out a lot and i guess my arms kinda grew faster than my skin could handle or somethin. and im not even that big. i just have an athletic body.

one solution i guess would be to stop working out and use cocoa butter as ive seen after doing a search on yahoo answers.

but i dont want to stop working out. and if i keep at it the stretch marks will probably just get worse.

so what is the best way to handle this situation and how can i keep working out without making these stretch marks worse?
