i thought i had a quick and easy answer for this, but then it went away...as i thought about it, i realized that sexy mostly reminds me of how a woman dresses...on the other hand, if you were to ask me what makes a woman sexually appealing to men, then on the surface i would say that the simple fact that they are women is enough...furthermore, if you asked me what makes women attractive, then i would say that it could be an almost infinite number of things...for instance...the way she walks...the way she smiles...the way she giggles...her demeanor...her physical looks overall...the way she smells...her body language...the list goes on...
mens expectations in reference to a relationship...depend on the man...some expect a lot...some expect a little, lol...

It's not easy if sex is the last thing on your mind, honest! you know...trying to get to know some one and respect them when all of a sudden...

"sexy" therefor, must also be defined as that power which builds up by itself simply through trust and respect until it overwhelms one to the point of having to leave the room and take a cold shower!
